Google and search engines take time to index new service areas. In high-demand central zones, bookings may arrive immediately. In newly launched areas, it may take a few days or weeks for organic bookings to build up.
We do not create fake bookings or make false promises. Every booking dispatched to you is a genuine, verified customer looking for doorstep service in your radius.
Bookings take time to arrive—sometimes right away, sometimes in a few days or 10 days. If you are waiting, bored, or going somewhere else, turn OFF your Online status immediately. Never assume no bookings will come.
Bookings can arrive unexpectedly at any time. If you wait and see no bookings, do NOT think: 'No booking came for 10 days, so none will come today' and leave your status Online while you go somewhere else! If you are busy, going out, or bored of waiting, turn OFF the Online button right away. If you have no active bookings, you can turn OFF anytime instantly. To avoid receiving new bookings tomorrow, turn it OFF 1 day in advance.
When your status is 'Online', our system assumes you are waiting with your tools and ready for work. If a customer booking suddenly arrives, you MUST take and complete that work. You cannot reject or abandon it because you went somewhere else or thought no work would come. Abandoning a booking while marked Online results in a penalty of up to 100% of the booking amount. If you already have an assigned booking, you must complete it before turning offline.
Understand exactly how your earnings are calculated, settled, and deposited into your account.
When customers pay online (via UPI, Card, or Netbanking), Fixbro deducts only the transparent platform commission (15%). Once the booking is completed, all details and net earnings become visible on your Earnings Page under Withdrawable Balance. Raise a withdrawal request anytime, and funds are credited directly to your bank account within 3 business days (72 hours).
For 'Pay After Service' bookings, you collect the total cash directly from the customer upon completing the work. The platform fee and commission are automatically settled and deducted from your prepaid wallet balance.
To maintain active job dispatch and receive new booking alerts, you must maintain a minimum balance of ₹100 in your prepaid wallet. If your wallet balance drops below this threshold, booking alerts are temporarily paused until you top up your wallet.
