1. PLATFORM ROLE FixBro operates only as a technology platform that facilitates connections between customers and independent service professionals. FixBro does not directly provide home services unless explicitly stated. Service professionals are independent individuals or businesses and are solely responsible for the services they provide. FixBro does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of services performed by service professionals.
2. USER ELIGIBILITY To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By using the Platform, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date. FixBro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.
3. USER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY Users may be required to create an account to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify FixBro immediately. FixBro may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity, abuse, or policy violations.
4. SERVICE BOOKINGS Customers may book services through the Platform based on availability. Service professionals may accept or decline booking requests depending on service requirements. FixBro does not guarantee that every service request will be fulfilled. Service timelines may vary depending on location, availability, and service complexity.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENTS Service pricing may vary depending on service type, service duration, materials used, complexity of work, and location. Payments may be made through online payment methods or pay-after-service options when available. Additional charges may apply for materials, extended work hours, or services beyond the initial booking. FixBro reserves the right to update service pricing at any time.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS Customers may cancel bookings according to the FixBro Cancellation Policy. Cancellation fees may apply when cancellations occur after the allowed free cancellation window. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time period.
7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES Users agree not to misuse the Platform. Users must not engage in illegal activity, harassment, abuse, or fraudulent behavior. Users must provide accurate service information and a safe working environment for service professionals. Users must not attempt to bypass the Platform to avoid service fees. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
8. SERVICE PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY Service professionals are responsible for performing services professionally and safely. They are responsible for their tools, work quality, and compliance with local laws. FixBro does not supervise the work performed by service professionals and is not responsible for their actions.
9. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER FixBro is not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries arising from services performed by service professionals. Customers and service professionals are responsible for resolving disputes directly between themselves. FixBro may assist in dispute resolution but is not obligated to do so. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixBro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY FixBro does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or system upgrades. FixBro shall not be liable for losses caused by temporary service interruptions.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, trademarks, logos, software, and design elements on the Platform are the property of FixBro. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
12. FRAUD AND MISUSE FixBro reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity including payment fraud, service abuse, or misuse of promotional offers. Accounts involved in fraudulent or illegal activity may be permanently banned. FixBro may cooperate with law enforcement authorities where necessary.
13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS FixBro may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
