FixBro Cancellation Policy
At FixBro, we understand that plans may change. To ensure a fair and consistent experience for both customers and service professionals, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Free Cancellation Window
Customers can cancel their booking for free if the cancellation is made before the scheduled service time based on the following policy set by FixBro:

Free cancellation is allowed up to:

before the service start time (as configured by FixBro admin team).

Cancellation After the Free Window
If a customer cancels after the free cancellation window has passed, a cancellation fee will be applied.
The fee will be:

fixed amount ₹99
-
For Prepaid Bookings (Online Payment)
If the service was paid online, and the cancellation is after the free window:

The applicable cancellation fee will be deducted.

The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer’s original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Pay After Service Bookings
If the user selected Pay After Service as the payment method:

The customer will be required to pay the cancellation fee online before the cancellation is confirmed.

After successful payment, the booking will be cancelled.
