• Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes after the professional's visit.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation fees may apply if a professional has already been assigned to the job.

• Refunds will only be processed in cases of service failure or unmet commitments.

• Fixbro does not employ the professionals directly and is not responsible for their actions during service delivery.

Users are prohibited from:

• Harassing or abusing Fixbro staff or professionals.

• Attempting to disrupt platform operations through hacking or other means.

9. Intellectual Property

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
